For my "Work in Progress" Wednesday today, here is Part 1 of a video showing me painting a leafy background. The Dragon Witch is silhouetted in this video because I A.) finished her some time ago (this piece has been floating around unfinished on my hard drive since 2009!) and B.) don't want to reveal her face yet because she is for my upcoming Dragon Witch calendar. This is 3 hours of video compressed into just over 20 minutes.
It took me nearly 20 hours to paint this background, so there will be several more videos in this series.
No sound because I didn't want to mess with it.

Here is a little cloth study I did the other day. This speed painting took me an hour and 15 minutes, but the video is sped up so the whole thing is now just a bit over 10 minutes. No sound to this little video 'cause I didn't want to mess with it. More videos coming soon!
